In case you missed them, here’s a quick reminder of our guest policies and to ensure you have everything needed for a smooth check-in.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed)
👤 Guest Requirements
The person who booked must be 25+ years old and present for the entire stay.
No parties or events allowed.
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests total (8 adults max). Exceeding this may result in immediate removal without refund.
🚭 No Smoking or Open Flames
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside or outside.
No candles, incense, or sage burning.
Violations will incur a $500 fine.
🐾 Pets
No pets allowed (we love them, but some guests have allergies).
🎆 Fireworks & Safety
No fireworks permitted on or near the property.
Guests use bunk beds and the pond at their own risk.
Hot tub: An adult (18+) must be present during use.
Amenities are for guest enjoyment, but all use is at your own risk.
🧹 Cleanliness & Damages
Please leave the cabin tidy. Excessive mess may result in extra cleaning fees (documented with photos).
Guests are encouraged to purchase rental insurance for accidental damage. If damages exceed coverage, guests are financially responsible.

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and the wildlife around you.
