The Story of Primo Rentals

As demand grew, Primo Rentals expanded into new destinations while maintaining a boutique approach. Each property was carefully selected, professionally managed, and refined based on real guest feedback and performance.

After the success of two standout cabins in Broken Bow, Primo Rentals was born from a simple idea: deliver that same level of care everywhere. That’s when Neil, Nicolás, and Vanessa joined forces to build a boutique, guest-first brand.

Neil brought strong business discipline, Nicolás contributed deep hospitality operations expertise, and Vanessa added marketing creativity and brand strategy. As demand grew, Primo Rentals expanded into new destinations—using technology to streamline the details and hospitality to make every stay effortless and memorable.
