✈️ Time Flies Cabin – Guest Policies & House Rules Hi there! In case you missed them, we want to remind you of our guest policies and ensure you have everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. 🕓 Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed in writing) 👤 Guest Requirements The person who booked the stay must be 25+ years of age and must be present during the entire stay. Minimum age for booking is 25 years old. No parties or events unless guests have requested and received written permission from the host. There cannot be any more than 12 guests total, with a maximum of 8 adults on the property at any one time. Violation of occupancy or event rules may result in immediate removal without refund. 🚭 No Smoking or Open Flames NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that “no smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed. 🐾 Pets No pets are allowed. 🎆 Firearms & Fireworks No discharging of firearms or fireworks. 💦 Hot Tub, Creek & Slide Safety The use of the bunk and hot tub is at your own risk, and we bear no liability for any injuries or fatalities related to their use. Swimming in the creek is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty, and we do not accept responsibility for injuries or death caused from creek usage. Guests use the indoor slide at their own risk. An adult (18+) must be present at any time the hot tub is in use. All outdoor and indoor amenities are provided for guest enjoyment but are used at your own risk. 🌧️ Refund Policy Guests acknowledge that no refunds will be made for early departures or delayed arrivals. Further, no refunds or schedule changes will be made due to inclement weather. ✨ Decorations & Cleanliness No glitter or confetti allowed please. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee (documented with photos). If not following any of our rules leads us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the cost. Guests are encouraged to purchase rental insurance for accidental property damage that may occur. If damages exceed coverage, guests will be held financially responsible for the full extent of damages. 🌙 Quiet Hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors and wildlife. 🐍 Nature & Wildlife Reminder The cabin is located in a wooded area and is also an animal habitat. It’s always a good idea to do a quick “snake check” around any areas where children will be playing. 🚗 Parking – Time Flies Cabin The driveway is steep and can be intimidating — don’t worry, after the first time it’s easy! We’ve installed safety poles with lights and reflectors to make it more comfortable. Please proceed slowly and with caution; after your first time, you’ll be a pro. If you are uncomfortable parking on the driveway, there is plenty of street-level parking, and we’ve built a special staircase for easy access from there. In the event of inclement weather, please DO NOT park on the driveway — park street level only. We are not responsible for vehicles stuck in ice or snow. 🗑️ Trash Trash pickup: Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Please place all trash in the provided bin at the end of the driveway. The trash bin must remain at the end of the driveway at all times, or trash will not be collected and fines may apply. ❤️ Most Importantly… Have Fun! We truly want you to relax and enjoy your stay!
